Fruit Custard
Desserts that leave you wanting more are rare. Fruit custard is one such well-known, widely consumed delicacy with an exquisite flavor. Because of the flavors included, this mouthwatering fruit custard has a distinct taste.
Custard is prepared using several bases, such as milk solids and starch. When it comes to refrigerated custard, there are three main varieties such as premium, regular and low-fat.

Ingredients:
- 400 gramsMixed Fruits
- 50 gramsCustard Powder
- 500 mlMilk
- 120 gramsSugar
Directions:
- 1First step in this procedure is to combine the Custard Powder with water.
- 2Cut the fruits into medium sized cubes, mix and keep it aside.
- 3Pour 500 ml of milk into a pan and heat it up. Once the milk has boiled, stir in 120 grams of sugar.
- 4Add the prepared custard mixture to the milk after the sugar has completely dissolved. Within a minute of adding the custard to the heating milk, it starts to thicken.
- 5Next step is to set the custard. Spread the mixed fruits as a base layer in a mixing bowl and then pour the prepared custard mixture on top of the fruits.
- 6Once more, arrange some chopped fruits and then the pour the custard mixture on top of it. Layer the fruits and custard one by one and set aside for 30 minutes at room temperature. Refrigerate the prepared custard for 2 hours, undisturbed, after setting the layers.
- 7The perfect and delectable fruit custard is now ready to serve.
