Being accepted widely, noodles have involved in almost everyone’s lives. Based on this global acceptance, several brands have emerged in the market recently. Kids as well as adults are fond of noodles and enjoy eating them.
Noodles are thin, elongated strips made from unleavened dough. Noodles are typically made from wheat or Maida, but in recent years have been made from a wide variety of millets with health considerations in mind. The word “noodle” was taken from the German word “Nudel” in the 18th century and is claimed to have originated in China, East Asia.
Chef Deena Kitchen’s process for preparing Garlic Noodles is detailed and illustrated. This recipe has a simple technique and is shown using basic components found at home. Despite the fact that just basic components are required in this technique, the dish is wonderful and appetizing.

- 1 PacketDry Noodle
- 1 1/2 TbspChopped garlic
- 1/4 TspChopped Ginger
- 1/4 TspChopped Green Chilli
- 1 TbspChopped Onion
- 2 to 3 TbspSchezwan Sauce
- 1 TbspTomato Ketchup
- Few DropsDark Soya Sauce
- Few DropsVinegar
- A PinchWhite Pepper
- For GarnishSpring Onion
- To TasteSalt

- 1The first step in this preparation is to drop a pack of noodles into boiling water. Pour in some Oil and add the required amount of Salt to the boiling mixture.
- 2Once cooked, strain the noodles and transfer to a steel tray or kitchen slab.
- 3After straining, drizzle a small amount of oil on the noodles so that they don’t stick to one another. Allow it to cool to room temperature.
- 4In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons oil, then add the chopped Garlic, Green Chilies, Ginger, and Onions and sauté until they turn aromatic.
- 5Followed by Onion, add Schezwan sauce, Tomato Ketchup, Dark Soya, salt and toss the added contents slightly.
- 6Stir in a small amount of vinegar and mix. Add the Boiled Noodles to the prepared mixture.
- 7Garnish with Spring Onions and a sprinkle of White Pepper Powder.
- 8The delicious and Scrumptious Chilli Garlic Noodles is now ready to enjoy.
