Paneer Pepper Masala

In Chef Deena Kitchen, the procedure for preparing Dhaba-style paneer pepper masala is elaborated in detail with images. 

Ingredients:
  • 200 Grams
    Paneer
  • 4 No's
    Onion
  • 2 No's
    Tomato
  • 4 Slice
    Ginger
  • 5 to 6 No's
    Garlic
  • 3 to 4 No's
    Green Chilli
  • 1/4 Tsp
    Cumin Seeds
  • 3/4 Tbp
    Ginger Garlic Paste
  • A Pinch
    Turmeric powder
  • 3/4 Tbsp
    Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    Coriander Powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    Kasuri Methi
  • 3/4 Tbsp
    Black pepper powder
  • 15 to 20 No's
    Cashew Nut Paste
  • As Required
    Coriander Leaves
  • 3 Tbsp
    Butter
  • To Taste
    Salt
  • For Cooking
    Oil
Directions:

    Initial step in this preparation is to boil 3 Onions, Tomatoes, Green Chilies, Garlic, Ginger and Cumin seeds in necessary amount water for about 20-25 minutes.

    Once the mixture is boiled, allow it to cool to room temperature, and then transfer it to a mixing jar. Grind it into a fine paste without pouring water.

    Heat Oil in a pan, add Cumin seeds, 1 finely chopped Onion and saute until they turn translucent. When the Onions turn golden brown, add Ginger Garlic Paste.

    Sauté the Turmeric powder, Red chili powder, Coriander powder, and Salt in the oil until fragrant.

    After mixing the spice powders in oil, pour in the prepared paste, the necessary amount of water, and cook the masala. When the masala is cooked well, add the ground cashew nut paste.

    Cook the masala until the raw smell of cashew nuts is gone and the mixture has thickened. Add Butter, crushed Kasuri Methi leaves and give a good mix.

    Add the paneer cubes that have been previously immersed in water to the masala and mix. Now, add ¾ Tbsp of black pepper powder, slit green chilies, finely chopped coriander leaves, and butter, and mix all the added ingredients thoroughly.

    The Daba Style Paneer Pepper Masala is now ready to serve.
