Mini Pizza on Tawa

Tasty Pizzas and family meets are great things that goes hand in hand. Other than kids, even adults get attracted to the taste and appetizing look of the Pizza and wish to gobble on. Many assume Pizzas are a perfect choice during fall season, however recent days, these pizzas turn as a hit for parties as well a great snack, at times even as a meal.

Pizza is a tasty dish with an appealing appearance that comes from Italian cuisine. This is a spherical dish with a flat bottom made of maida or wheat flour. A unique sauce is made, spread over the bottom, then topped with any desired meat or vegetables. It has an amazing flavor. While wood-fired ovens are typically used to produce real Italian pizza, more advanced pizza-baking solutions have emerged in recent years.

These days, kids would much rather snack than eat meals, and parents can’t always provide the snack from the store. To deal with these kinds of situations, the mini pizza recipe is distributed. A delicious option for birthday celebrations at home is this mini pizza. This preparation is inexpensive and requires little out-of-pocket spending.

Ingredients:
  • 250 grams
    Maida
  • 100 grams
    Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3/4 Tsp
    Yeast
  • 1 1/2 Tsp
    Sugar
  • 6 No's
    Tomato
  • 3/4 Tsp
    Chopped Onion
  • 3/4 Tsp
    Chopped garlic
  • As Toppings
    Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 Tsp
    Chilli flakes
  • 1 Tsp
    Mixed Dry Herbs
  • To Taste
    Salt
  • 3 Tbsp
    Oil

    Making the bread is the first stage in this process. Add instructed amount of Sugar, Yeast, and Luke warm water to a bowl.Once water has been added, let the yeast to sit undisturbed for one hour. This will activate the yeast, which may then be used to make pizza bread.

    Add 250 grams Maida, Salt, activated Yeast, and water to a mixing bowl and combine to make a soft textured dough.

    Transfer the dough onto a dish and cover it with a damp cloth. Allow the prepared dough to rest for about 1 to 1 ½ hours.

    Select ripe tomatoes to make the pizza sauce. Slice off the tomatoes' eye section by making a plus-shaped incision at the bottom of the fruit. Add these tomatoes to the boiling water and cook for 7–8 minutes.

    After the tomatoes are boiled, peel the skins.Cut the tomatoes into quarters once the peel has been removed.

    Cut tomatoes, remove seed, and blend in a mixer jar for 2 minutes after deseeding

    Add a small bit of oil and heat to prepare the sauce. To the heated oil, add finely chopped Garlic and sauté. Once the garlic has been sautéed, add the specified amount of onion The prepared tomato paste should be added and thoroughly cooked once the onions have softened a bit.

    Add a small pinch of salt and then a small pinch of sugar. The consistency thickens as it cooks.

    At this point, incorporate the sauce with tomato ketchup, dried herbs, and chilli flakes. The sweet-and-tangy pizza sauce is about to be served.

    The dough that was left to rest should now be opened. To make shaping the pizza foundation easier, add a little more Maida to the dough and knead it if it has a sticky texture.

    Make the dough flat using a rolling pin, and then shape dough into a spherical form using a cutter.

    Insert tiny indentations in the dough using a fork and place it on the pre-heated tawa. Post pre-heating, place the bread one by one and cover using a lid. The bread gets cooked within a minute or two.

    Spread the prepared sauce over the soft side and then top with the cheese, shredded. Place the vegetables such as olives, mushrooms, onions, and any other vegetables of your choice at this point.

    Sprinkle with the desired amount of chili flakes and dry herbs.

    Once the topping is added, immediately set each prepared base on the tawa one at a time, cover with a lid, and cook for eight to ten minutes. Ascertain that the tawa has been preheated for five minutes before putting them on it.
