Luchi is an Indian flatbread that is deep-fried and originated in the Bengal region. This meal is comparable to the Poori that is made in South India. While poori is made with wheat flour, this luchi is made using maida. Luchi pairs well with Dum Aloo, Kashmiri Dum Aloo, Aloo Subzi, and many other dishes.
