Chicken Lollipop

    Chicken Wings
  • 1 Tbsp
    Maida
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    Corn flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    Vinegar
  • 1 No.
    Egg
  • 1 Tbsp
    Dark Soya Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    Chili Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    Chopped Onion
  • 1 Tsp
    Chopped garlic
  • As Required
    Spring Onion
  • To Taste
    Salt
  • For Frying
    Oil

    Initial step in this Chicken Lollipop recipe is to marinate the Chicken wings. To a mixing bowl, add Maida, Ginger Garlic Paste, Cornflour, Vinegar, and Soya Sauce.

    Crack open one egg into the mixture and stir thoroughly to ensure no lumps develop. Add Salt and then pour required amount of Water. Mix to a batter consistency.

    In the heated oil, drop the batter-dipped chicken wings one by one and fry.

    The fried Chicken are transferred to a plate and kept aside.

    To a pan, pour oil and heat. Add chopped Garlic, onions and saute in high flame. Add Tomato Sauce, Dark Soya Sauce and Vinegar.

    Followed by Chilli Sauce, Spring onion, Sweet Chilli Sauce, Salt and toss slightly.

    Once the sauces start to get a little thick, add a little water and heat. At this point, 1 tablespoon of corn flour batter is added to the sauces.

    Add the fried chicken, spring onions to the prepared mixture and toss well.

    It's now time to serve the succulent and flavorful Chicken LolliPop.
