Juice is a liquid medium packed with natural nutrients which offer several health advantages. They are made with vegetables or fruits and are easily digested.
We generally intake fruit juices. However, due to a variety of health benefits, many vegetables are being used in juice making. Many veggies generate excellent juices that are equally effective as, if not better than, medications.
Beetroot juice is produced in a unique way at Chef Deena Kitchen. Beetroot, coriander stems, ginger, and lemon juice are blended together to make the drink. This juice is effective for fasting, weight loss, and detoxification.

- 20 gramsGinger
- 1 Full sized LemonLemon Juice
- 1Remove the skin from the beetroot and chop it into small cubes. Similarly, clean a handful of Coriander stems (approximately 30-40).
- 2To a mixer jar, combine Beetroot cubes, Coriander stalks, Ginger, and Lemon juice extracted from one medium-sized lemon.
- 3Pour approximately 300-400ml of water into the jar and thoroughly blend.
- 4After blending the juice, pass it through a strainer and filter the juice.
- 5The nutritious yet delicious Beetroot Juice is now ready to drink.
