Egg Noodles

If you are constantly on the run and have little time for cooking, noodles are an excellent choice. In recent years, it has become difficult to find someone who does not appreciate noodles, as they are consumed in a variety of ways around the world.  Preparing noodles is always enjoyable!

Noodles, or “noodles,” are thin, elongated pieces made from unleavened dough. Noodles are traditionally made from Wheat and Maida, but in recent years, they have been made from a variety of millets, with health considerations in mind. The word “noodle” was taken from the German word “Nudel” in the 18th century and is said to have originated in China, East Asia.
